CAOA Constitution

 

Members,

  Our annual general business meeting and election of officers was held on Monday, May 9, 2011 at 8:00 PM CST at Valparaiso High School.  All Officer's positions from the previous year were open for election, as was two Board of Director's positions. The following are the 2011-12 Executive Council positions :

Your 2011-2012 dues of $25.00, payable to Calumet Athletic Officials Association, were due by April 30, 2011, however, late memberships are still accepted with a $10.00 late assessment. Make checks payable to:

Although you may still join the CAOA after the dues deadline, those paying dues after May 20, 2011, may not have their name printed in the CAOA directory

 

If you fail to pay your dues, you will not be included in our new schedule book/directory, which will once again be sent to all area athletic directors.  To update our information, please return the membership form with your payment, or contact Chuck Barnett at 219-510-5114 or mr_charlie_man@yahoo.com . Please print neatly, especially the e-mail addresses. In an attempt to cut costs and prevent raising our dues, we will attempt to do as much electronic correspondence as possible, thus saving on the costs of stamps and envelopes. Please provide an email address if you have one.

 

A final reminder, IHSAA License Renewal is due in Indianapolis by May 31st 2011.  The penalty for paying late is substantial, so don't let the early due date cost you money.
